Dicker Data admitted to ASX

Wholesale IT hardware distributor Dicker Data (ASX:DDR) was admitted to the ASX on Thursday, and will commence public trading on Monday

Wholesale IT product distributor Dicker Data has been admitted to the official list, under the ticker code (ASX:DDR).

The New South Wales-based company will commence public trading on Monday at 11am AEDT, according to filings lodged with the ASX.

Dicker Data, which sells exclusively to resellers, has distribution agreements in place with HP, Toshiba, NEC, Canon, Netgear, Kingston, Targus, Samsung, Sony, Iomega and Asus.

The company met the minimum 500 shareholders required for an ASX listing in December, CEO David Dicker had revealed in a [[xref:https://www.dickerdata.com.au/index.html?S=COMPS&V=investors.mc|statement|External] on its website.

Dicker held a 48 per cent stake in the company, or 60 million shares, as of 18 January, according to a separate ASX filing.

Former wife and business co-owner, Fiona Brown, also had 48 per cent, while the remaining 18 largest shareholders had 10,000 shares each.
